I found a useful trick for getting the timing halfway accurate despite the fact that there's only marks for 14, 16, and 18.. Use an "Advance Timing Analyzer" (available from Sears or Auto Zone). Just line up the TDC mark and read the timing off of the dial on the gun. I put white-out on the crank pulley and timing arrow on the timing belt cover, and it was a piece of cake to time it right.

I'll pick up one of those timing guns next time I'm out... but, what should I set my timing at?

you could probably do 10deg.
Even with all that wheel hop you still got a decent 60' time.

I wouldn't blame the ignition timing right off the bat. One night last fall I ran 13.9's all night with not much different a setup. (6psi, 8 degrees timing, no electronics at all, street tires, 60 degrees).
The fact that your trap speed is only 94.54mph tells me that you are not making anywhere near the power you should be making. I was getting a trap speed of 101mph at 6psi.
Regardless of what I ran, you should be able to get at least 98-100mph trap speed with a GSR JRSC @6psi.
I'd say you need to open the bleeder on the cartech and lean out the fuel at full boost. Do you know what fuel pressure you're hitting? I'd recommend 94psi max for your setup.
That in-car FP gauge is crucial to tuning. Go get one!
As for improving your E.T.'s, drop tire pressure in front to 18psi and crank it up in back to 50psi. If you have adjustable shocks, go full soft in front and full hard in back.
The hookup in 2nd gear is critical. If you can get 2nd gear to hook up without any spinning, you are doing well. That's the last hard part of the 1320. I'm sure you know all about the importance of the launch, so I won't go there.
Again though, you are way down on power from where you should be. I just went to a HP estimator and guessed that you and the car weighed 2750 pounds at the track and it estimated:
"Using the ET method, I come up with 174 horsepower
Using the Speed method, I come up with 181 horsepower"

Mikey,
I'm a newbie at the track this year, but I think that for the avg. joe w/6psi GSR, mid-low 14's are about all we can expect. Last nite the best was:
ET 14.54
60ft 2.21
330ft 6.17
1/8 9.42
Speed 96.46
Best trap speed last nite was 99.29. Last week it was warmer, but I ran better, 2 runs of 14.4 @ 98.89 & 96.15.
I'm thinking 8# crank pulley, header and cat are in my future. Wish I had money for a Hondata and all the trimmings!
Bill
<edit>
I also think that 18# driver side, 20# passenger will help out on your traction and your wheel hop.

lilmikey77...If I were you I would get my car dynoed with a wideband 02...like said earlier that most GSR's at 6psi hits trap speeds around 99-100mph...there doesnt seem to be anything major wrong with your timeslip that would lead to a low MPH....so the answer would probaly be that you are not making as much HP as you should be...checkit out on the dyno...you will be suprised how much HP you can gain by having tuned perfectly!...good luck!

Sorry. I misread your mods.
I really doubt you are only hitting 88psi max FP with a JR FPR. Something sounds wrong. Either the vacuum hose to the JR FPR is not feeding it enough vacuum or your FP gauge is not accurate.
I've had FP gauges go bad myself. It's possible.
Do you know what boost you're getting? Maybe your only making 5psi in the manifold and that's why power and max FP are low.
